Do you create handmade crafts, art, or unique goods? Showcase your talents at the Ballardsville Baptist Church 2024 Christmas Market!

GUIDELINES:

• Each registration subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse any vendor, if non-compliant. If registration is not approved, registration fee will be refunded.
• ABSOLUTELY No Weapons, Drug, Alcohol, Tobacco, or Political product/paraphernalia or anything that can be construed as such.
• Set up is from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22 or 6:30 - 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, November 23. Please let us know which set up date works for you so we can plan accordingly. Electrical outlet ready booths are limited and given on a first come, first serve basis. All set up must be complete by 7:45 a.m. on the day of the Market, breakdown begins at 2:10 p.m.
• Registration is $20 (10ft space) , $30 for direct vendors (such as Mary Kay, Norwex, Pampered Chef, etc.)   8ft Tables available for rent $10 ea. and chairs $5 ea.  Vendors may bring own tables or displays if they fit within the booth space.
• Last day to register is Saturday, November 16th. If mailing a check, vendors may make checks payable to Ballardsville Baptist Church & note Christmas Market fees in the memo.
